Refunds & Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read the following terms carefully in order to determine if you are eligible for a refund or return.
Returns:
Our return policy timeframe is 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only items that arrive broken, damaged, missing components and/or accessories or items that do not arrive at all* are eligible for a refund or return.
* Please note, non-arrival does not apply if delivery attempts are made, or if the failure to deliver is due to an internal error within your local delivery company or courier service.
We recommend keeping an eye on tracking updates once your order is shipped for up to date delivery ETA
Non-Returnable Items:
Eating/drinking/cooking utensils (unless they are unused and in their original packaging)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as any item that is returned more than 30 days after return approval.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to change-of-mind. We ask you to kindly observe all product size dimensions carefully on each specific product page before placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return for size-related issues (unless caused by manufacturing error).
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Final Sale Items:
Final sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@chicandbello.com
Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order or offer a refund.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order by the courier company. We will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to investigate.
